Our Feelgood members enjoy specially priced offers chosen just for them. We
hand-pick our partners to bring you real value — because at Flogas, we’re

If you’re a Flogas Natural Gas or Electricity customer and registered on the
Flogas Energy portal, you’re automatically eligible for Feelgood Rewards.
Savings vary depending on each offer but rest assured — every deal is
designed to give Flogas customers extra value and feelgood savings.
You’ll only have access to Feelgood Rewards while you’re a Flogas customer.
Once your account is closed, access to the platform will end.
Congratulations! Flogas will call you to let you know you’ve won. We’ll pass
your details to our rewards partner Sweete, who’ll arrange delivery of your prize
— by email if it’s digital, or by post/courier if it’s physical.
When you log in for the first time, you’ll have 30 days to claim your Thank You
reward. The portal will show the date you joined and the last day you can
claim.

- Log in to the Flogas Customer portal and open “Thank You Rewards.”
- Browse all four options and choose your favourite.
- Click Select and then Claim.
- Your reward will be emailed to you (check your inbox and spam/junk folders).
- Easy as that!
Once you’ve selected and received your Thank You reward by email, it can’t be exchanged — so choose the one that makes you feel good!

Every offer will clearly show its expiry date, so you’ll always know how long you have to use it.
Yes — each offer or discount has its own set of terms and conditions, so be sure to check those before claiming.
You can enter once per month — simple! Each competition runs from the 1st to the last day of the month, and winners are picked in the first week of the next month.
Yes, absolutely. All partners comply with Data Protection regulations, and your
details are only used to fulfil your rewards. We never share your data with
third parties unless it’s necessary to deliver your reward. You can read our full
